Abstract

Abstraksi Karya Grafika Indonesia merupakan perusahaan percetakan, dalam produksinya perusahaan ini menerapkan sitem make to order. Karya Grafika Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang percetakan ini, dalam proses produksinya dikhususkan pada percetakan kemasan rokok. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan majunya teknologi pada saat ini Karya Grafika Indonesia selalu berusaha untuk mengelola perusahaan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing agar perusahaan dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Salah satu faktor penting dalam keseimbangan usaha adalah produktivitas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas, serta untuk mendapatkan perbaikan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengukuran produktivitas adalah metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dengan kriteria bahan baku, hari kerja, tenaga kerja dan jam kerja mesin. Metode pembobotan yang digunakan adalah metode Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan bahwa tingkat Indeks produktivitas tertinggi yang dicapai selama periode pengukuran terdapat pada periode Desember 2016 sebesar 43,177% dan indeks produktivitas terendah dicapai percetakan Karya grafika Indonesia terdapat pada periode Juni 2016 sebesar - 56,639%. Tingkat produktivitas parsial tertinggi untuk kriteria bahan baku yang dicapai perusahaan berada pada periode April sedangkan produktivitas terendah berada pada periode Januari, Februari, Mei dan Juli 2016. Tingkat produktivitas parsial tertinggi untuk kriteria hari kerja yang dicapai perusahaan berada pada periode Februari dan periode Mei 2016, sedangkan produktivitas terendah berada pada periode Juni dan Agustus 2016. Tingkat produktivitas parsial tertinggi untuk kriteria tenaga kerja yang dicapai perusahaan berada pada periode Januari dan Desember 2016, sedangkan produktivitas terendah berada pada periode Juli 2016. Tingkat produktivitas parsial tertinggi untuk kriteria jam kerja mesin yang dicapai perusahaan berada pada periode Februari, Mei Juli dan Desember, sedangkan produktivitas terendah berada pada periode Juni dan Agustus 2016. Perbaikan yang harus dilakukan perusahaan agar mencapai produktivitas yang optimal yaitu dalam pemanfaatan bahan baku selalu melakukan pengontrolan, perbaikan dalam perawatan mesin dengan manajemen perawatan mesin secara berkala dan meningkatkan tingkat ketelitian tenaga kerja dengan cara menerapkan sistem yang jelas dan memberikan tenaga kerja tanggung jawab terhadap satu proses dalam proses produksi. Selain itu penting supervisor untuk melakukan pengawasan rutin terhadap lantai produksi. Along with the times and the advancement of technology at this time Karya Grafika Indonesia always strives to manage the company well so that it can improve the competitiveness so that companies can survive and develop. One important factor in business balance is productivity. Research aims to determine the level of productivity, as well as to obtain improvement productivity. The method used for productivity measurement is the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method with the criteria of raw materials, working days, labor and machine work hours. The weighting method used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on calculations that have been done, it is found that the highest productivity index level achieved during the measurement period is in the period of December 2016 of 43.177% and the lowest productivity index achieved printing Indonesian graphic work is in the period June 2016 of -56,639%. The highest partial productivity level for the raw material criterion achieved by the company was in April period while lowest productivity was in January, February, May and July 2016. The highest partial productivity rate for the criteria of the business day reached by the company was in February and May 2016 period, while the lowest productivity was in the period of June and August 2016. The highest partial productivity level for labor criterion achieved by the company was in January and December 2016 period, while the lowest productivity was in July 2016. The highest partial productivity level for the criteria of machine work hours achieved the company is in the period February, May July and December, while the lowest productivity is in the period June and August 2016. Improvements that must be done by the company in order to achieve optimal productivity that is in the utilization of raw materials always do the control, improvement in machine maintenance with the management of machine maintenance on a regular basis and improve the level of accuracy of labor by applying a clear system and provide workforce responsibility for one process in the production process. In addition, it is important for supervisors to conduct routine supervision of the production floor.
