Abstract

ii “Analisis Rasio Keuangan dan Metode Z-Score Untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan serta Memprediksi Tingkat Kesehatan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Indonesia (Studi Pada Industri Rokok yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2013-2015)” Oleh Defi Ayu Nawang Wulan ABSTRAK Industri manufaktur merupakan industri yang memiliki tingkat persaingan yang tinggi baik dari sector industri kecil, menengah, maupun besar. Hal ini menuntut masing-masing industri untuk dapat menjaga kelancaran dan kesehatan perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dan terus bertahan di tengah tingginya tingkat persaingan. Tujuan dari peneliti mengambil industry manufaktur pada perusahaan rokok go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) seperti Pt. Gudang Garam Tbk, Pt Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, Pt Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan rasio dan z-score. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan perusahan PT. Gudang Garam Tbk kurang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan laba perusahaan masih cukup rendah sedangkan tingkat hutang perusahaan terus mengalami kenaikan. Perusahaan disarankan agar meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan memfokuskan evaluasi pada penggunaan biaya pada dan mengontrol hutang. PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dari tahun 2013-2015 perusahaan sudah mampu secara maksimal menekan biaya-biaya. Disamping itu struktur modal perusahaan sudah tidak mengandalkan hutang. PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk kurang baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dari tahun 2013-2015, dimana perusahaan mengalami kemunduran dari tahun 2013 ke 2014. Pada tahun 2015 perusahaan dapat bangkit dengan meningkatkan laba perusahaan dan menekan pengeluaran biaya, serta menekan jumlah hutang yang dimiliki perusahaan. Perusahaan disarankan agar meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan memfokuskan evaluasi pada penggunaan biaya pada perusahaan dan mengontrol hutang. This requires each industry to maintain the smoothness and health of the company in order to compete and continue to survive in the midst of high levels of competition. The purpose of the researcher took the manufacturing industry on tobacco companies go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) such as Pt. Gudang Garam Tbk, Pt Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, Pt Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk is to know the company's financial performance by using ratio and z-score. The results of this study is the financial performance of the company PT. Gudang Garam Tbk is not good. This can be seen from the increase in corporate profits is still quite low while the level of corporate debt continues to rise. Companies are advised to improve the company's performance by focusing its evaluation on the use of costs on and controlling debt. PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, quite good. This is evidenced from the year 2013-2015 companies have been able to maximally reduce costs. In addition, the company's capital structure is not relying on debt. PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk is not good. This is evidenced from the year 2013-2015, where the company suffered a setback from 2013 to 2014. In 2015 the company can rise by increasing the company's profit and reduce expenses, as well as reduce the amount of debt owned by the company. Companies are advised to improve the company's performance by focusing its evaluation on the use of costs on the company and controlling the debt.
