Abstract
ii ABSTRAK PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya merupakan perusahaan dengan beragam bidang usaha diantaranya agrowisata, hotel, industri dan estate. Penelitian dilakukan di devisi Kusuma Agrowisata, devisi ini merupakan unit PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya yaitu wisata petik buah apel, jeruk, jambu, buah naga dan stroberi. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Kusuma Agrowisata adalah masih belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang mendukung peran sumber daya manusia terhadap strategi perusahaan. Human Resources Scorecard menjabarkan visi,misi ,strategi menjadi aksi sumber daya manusia yang dapat diukur kontribusinya. Human Resource Scorecard adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kontribusi SDM dalam kesuksesan strategi perusahaan dan terdiri dari 4 perspektif yaitu perspektif finansial, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal bisnis dan perspektif belajar dan pertumbuhan. Langkah pertama adalah mengidentifikasi strategi dengan jelas, menciptakan kasus bisnis menciptakan peta strategi yang dapat menggambarkan strategi perusahaan dalam merealisasikan visi, misi perusahaan. Kata kunci : Human Resources Scorecard, Pengukuran Kinerja ABSTRACT PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya is a company with various business fields such as agrotourism, hotel, industry and estate. The research was conducted in Kusuma Agro tourism division, this division is PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya unit that is apple picking, apple, orange, guava, dragon fruit and strawberry. The problem faced by Kusuma Agrowisata is still not having a performance measurement system that supports the role of human resources to corporate strategy. The Human Resources Scorecard describes the vision, mission, strategy of becoming a human resource action that can be measured for its contribution. Human Resource Scorecard is a method used to measure the contribution of human resources in the success of corporate strategy and consists of 4 perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The first step is to identify the strategy clearly, creating a business case creating a strategic map that can illustrate the company's strategy in realizing the company's vision, mission.
