Abstract

viii ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan Tobin’s Q. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan return on equity. Variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah corporate social responsibility dengan menggunakan alokasi biaya CSR sebagai alat ukur dalam penelitian.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2015-2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 dari 13 perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan corporate social responsibility memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The dependent variable in this study is the value of the company using Tobin’s Q. The independent variable in this study is financial performance using current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity. The moderating variable in this study is corporate social responsibility by using CSR cost allocation as a measurement tool in research. The population in this study are all mining sector companies that are listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) in 2015-2017. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 39 out of 13 companies. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that financial performance variables have a positive effect on firm value and corporate social responsibility moderates the effect of financial performance on firm value.
