Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengetahui pengaruh pengawasans sebagai variable moderating terhadap hubungan disiplin kerja dan efektivitas kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di seluruh bagian-bagian di PDAM Tirta Cahya Agung Tulungagung. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan partial least square dengan software smartPLS 2.0. Hasil uji hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh positif terhadap hubungan disiplin kerja dan efektivitas kinerja karyawan.
